Quants Site Check
The Quants Site Check quickly and cost effectively tells you whether there are any major ecological issues on your site that could affect your proposed development. An experienced ecologist will visit your site and write a report which clearly details any potential issues and opportunities, what to do about them and when.
The Quants Site Check will tell you:
- If you have, or are likely to have, protected species or habitats on your site
- Likely costs and timescales of dealing with ecology on your site
- What you need to do, and when, to satisfy planning and legislation requirements
- Whether you can negotiate land purchase prices
- What biodiversity measures you can incorporate to maximise BREEAM ratings
