Phase 1 Habitat Survey
Quants has experienced habitat surveyors and expert botanists working throughout Yorkshire, Lancashire and the North East. Whether your site is large or small we will undertake a survey to your requirements. You will receive a report delivered quickly, focused on what you need to know with any issues clearly explained.
The Phase 1 Habitat survey provides a map of the habitats on your site as well as a plant species list and a description of each habitat, e.g. grassland, woodland and hedgerows. Each habitat is also assessed for its potential to support protected species. Phase 1 Habitat surveys can be conducted year-round, although the optimum time is May to September.
